To be or not to be?

Being nice to people and trying to understand, empathise and be good to them can be really tiring.

Sometimes I ask, do I need to take all these abuse?

I know sometimes customers can be really nasty. Customers are always right. What if the customer demand more than just that additional personal touch? What if they demand more than your time, your energy and your ability to take their abuse on matters that is totally not related to your business?
